Chamonix, home to extreme skiiers and adrenalin junkies, has four main skiing areas. Each area listed below has a dedicated webpage showing restaurant locations with links to information about each individual restaurant.

Flegere view Brévent and Flégère are linked by a connecting bubble, the Brévent area is accessible from the centre of Chamonix, whilst Flégère is reached from the village of Les Praz, east of Chamonix centre.
Gands Montets view Les Grands Montets reached from the village of Argentière and has many challenging black and off piste runs. A magnet for expert skiiers.
Les Houches view Les Houches is popular with families for cruising blue and red runs and also hosts the Kandahar downhill run. Great views of Mont Blanc. A good place to ski in bad weather as it is mostly below the tree line.
Le Tour view Le Tour covers the Balme and Vallorcine areas. It is open and can be very windy at times. The run down into Vallorcine via Belle Place and the Forêt Verte provides a good warm up for lunch at the station buffet.
